Wladimir Klitschko Hang On, Baby ... We're Going for a Dunk

Wladimir Klitschko and Hayden Panettiere's baby girl will grow up with NO FEAR of the ocean -- not as long as her giant of father keeps toting her around like this.

Wlad took 10-month-old Kaya out for a dip in Miami over the weekend. She still looks like a tiny doll in his hands, but to be fair ... everything looks miniature next to a 6' 6" 246 pound man.

Beach days are kinda the heavyweight champ's thing when he's on daddy duty, but Hayden can rest easy -- surf was much gentler this weekend than the last time we saw 'em.
